T-mobile MDA downlowd and Email question.?
Hi, I was trying to watch a video on youtube and kept getting errors saying either I had java script turned off or had an old version of macromedia flash player. I have no clue where to check java and I tried to download flashplayer through link and it said not available for this operating system. Any suggestions on what to do or software needed, where to get how to save or whatever?
Also, I was checking my yahoo email and I had an attached Word doc on one and it showed the attachment but would not let me select the link to open, any suggestions?

Hello well I actually work for T-Mobile and I also have the MDA i dont know if you have yet download the new software on your phone but if you have not go to www.t-mobile.com and in the seach box type in MDA update. Then if you are still having trouble call this number 1009378997 then when the lady comes on say MDA support that will transfer u to someone who can walk you through it. and if they can’t then they will send you out a new one cause you should be able to do those things with no problem.
as for yahoo… it depends on what type of file is attach for the phone to let you open it. It might not be in the right format for the phone so you might have to use the computer to view that file.
